By engaging Broad Virtual Way Corporation (“we”, “us”, or “Broad Virtual Way”) for rendering services, the client (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

Broad Virtual Way commits to producing interior design renderings based on the best available information provided by the client during the information gathering stage, which takes place within 15 calendar days of confirmation and/or payment. This includes site measurements and any required documentation or preferences.

2. Delivery Timeline

Renderings will be delivered within 60 calendar days from the date full payment is received.

3. Contractor Matching

We commit to matching you with a suitable contractor based on the originally agreed-upon criteria. While we strive to meet your expectations, we cannot guarantee a perfect match. If necessary, we will advise you of any adjustments to budget expectations during the course of consultation.

4. Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions to the rendering will be included as defined by Broad Virtual Way. Excessive or out-of-scope changes may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

If Broad Virtual Way is unable to deliver a rendering that reasonably reflects the originally agreed-upon criteria within 60 calendar days of receiving full payment, you will be eligible for a full refund. This does not apply if delays result from incomplete or delayed information from the client, or if the scope or budget was changed during the process.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All renderings produced by Broad Virtual Way remain the intellectual property of Broad Virtual Way. We reserve the right to use any rendering, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes across digital or print media. Use of photos or visuals of the completed physical space in the client’s home for advertising purposes will require separate written agreement.

7. Budget Adjustments

In cases where matching to the original criteria is not feasible, Broad Virtual Way will notify you of a reasonable updated budget estimate based on current contractor availability and market conditions.

8. Modifications to Terms

Broad Virtual Way reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes that may affect ongoing or upcoming services.
